New series and fighting sleep loss

Working on a new series of Sherlock Holmes Urban Fantasy Mysteries...called the Affairs Series.

Finished updating, editing and cover for the first two books: The Dracula Affair and The Frankenstein Affair. 

Still working on the Houdini Affair cover...seems I have a couple hundred more pages to build into my cover than I remembered. 

I spend so much time on so many projects and saving them back and forth and back and forth, that sometimes I lose a file...even when I've backed it up twice.

Sucks...but that's fatigue for you.

I've been recovering from a long bout with severe sleep loss since the Pandemic began. Don't know if it's related to Covid or not, but sure has been intense.

Slowed down my writing by a factor of ten.

I used to be able to write an entire novel in a week, and now it takes me months to do that. 

I am sleeping almost two thirds of my day as my body works to catch up on all the lost sleep.

It's so strange...I'll be typing along, then my eyes start drooping, my head nods forward and I have to stop and rest again.

Glad I'm catching up and not continuing to lose sleep as before.
